Yuletide Love and Blessings

The North wind doth blow and we shall have snow,
And what will poor robin do then, poor thing?
He’ll sit in a barn and keep himself warm
and hide his head under his wing, poor thing.

The old nursery rhyme I remember singing it and thinking of the poor birds at this time of the year.

Well our birds are not so poor. We have fat balls, seeds, peanuts, meal worms and all manner of Yuletide treats for them. Mr. Robin loves his meal worms.

On this day I wish all my friends across the miles, my relations far and wide and all the animals and birds a Happy, Happy, Yule.

I hope the light will always shine,

Upon your brows so true,

And may the turning of the wheel,

Bring good cheer to you.

Lots of love from, me:

      1. No worries, Adele. I know what it’s like to be lagging behind. I never expect more of another than I am able to give myself. I hope the new year has started well for you. ๐Ÿ™‚ Being locked out of WP doesn’t sound like a good start though.

  1. Adele, this is truly a beautiful wish. Heartfelt thanks, my friend. โค I loved the surreal Annie Lennox video — so powerful! I've seen it posted on blogs a couple of times, but this is the first time I've had a moment to watch it. Wow.
Wishing you and your family every blessing of the Yuletide. Here's to the memory of believing in magic. Hugs on the wing.

      1. Adele, if your comments are wonky you need to inform Askimet. Go to your dashboard >plugins >Askimet. There you will find a box that says ‘contact’ you fill out a form and send and within a few hours they should have corrected the wonkiness โค
